Paid Holidays
The following holidays are paid:

  • New Years
  • Memorial Day
  • Fourth of July
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving
  • Christmas
  • Birth Day. To qualify for holiday pay you must have worked at least 400 regular hours (ten full-time weeks) within the 12 week period, ending Friday directly preceding the holiday. Additionally, you must work the day before and the day after the holiday, as well as the holiday itself, if scheduled to do so.

Vacations
Phoenix Services will pay vacation pay to any employee that meets the specifications listed below:

  • During 1st year (1350 hours worked) = 1 week vacation (40 hours) at current pay rate.
     
  • During 2nd year (4000 hours worked) = 1 1/2 weeks vacation (60 hours) at current pay rate.
     
  • During 3rd year (6000 hours worked) = 2 weeks paid vacation (80 hours) at current pay rate.
     
  • During 5th year (10000 hours worked) = 3 weeks paid vacation (120 hours) at current pay rate.

Profit Sharing/Retirement Plan
Phoenix Services sponsors a profit sharing plan for retirement purposes. This is an employer funded plan and does not require you to make any contributions to receive plan benefits. As a Phoenix employee you are automatically considered for participation in the plan under ERISA guidelines. (To qualify you must work 1000 hours a year for two consecutive years and meet other plan specified criteria.)

Referral Bonus
As a Phoenix Employee we want to reward you for referring other quality employees to join our firm. If you provide us with a referral that works on an assignment of at least 80 hours, we’ll reward you with a bonus of $50.00 or more depending on that candidate’s skill level. It’s just our way of thanking you for helping us maintain the hardest-working team of staffing professionals anywhere!
