Phoenix Services is currently hiring for an
for a logistics company located just north of Toledo in Erie MI! This is a full-time position that can be permanent for the individual who is organized and is able to efficiently multitask! This position is perfect for someone who is very personable as you will be answering and directing calls to the company.
Hours & Pay:
- Monday-Friday | 8:00a-5:00p
Responsibilities May Include:
- Matching invoices
- Generally assisting the director with any accounting duties
- Superior phone etiquette
- Strong data entry skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Any experience in billing, payroll, and/or accounts payable/receivable is preferred
