Call Center/ Tech Support specialist

The main responsibilities are phone & email-based support for our customers using our state-of-the-art software. We also do live online training, write technical training documentation, and work with the OEMs to provide the best support to all of our customers.




  • Answer incoming calls, return calls and answer email-based technical support queries from customers
  • Assist customers using OEM software
  • Troubleshoot basic issues using our tools with OE software
  • Accurately enter call notes into CRM system
  • Provide support for emissions devices up to ensuring the device is functional
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualified candidates will have a minimum high school diploma, prior phone-based customer support experience and advanced knowledge of MS Office. Automotive diagnostics and/or repair experience strongly desired.
