Phoenix Services is currently hiring for a Customer Service Administrator. Qualified candidates must be self-managing, able to work independently, and willing to work in a fast-paced environment providing direct support to our many clients. Hours and Pay
- Monday – Friday | 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. | No Weekends
For this position, you are responsible for a wide array of duties to assist with the day-to-day processes. This will include; responding and supporting client time-sensitive requests, answering phones, scheduling, data entry of candidate/employee information, distributing messages in a timely manner, interviewing candidates for placement, conducting drug screens, skill testing, and other duties as assigned. In this position you will frequently stand, walk, and sit. Speaking and listening are essential functions for this position.
Qualified candidates will have a minimum of a High School Diploma or GED with 2-4 years of professional experience, proficiency in Microsoft products (Office, Word, Excel, and Outlook), interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, positive attitude, problem solving skills, computer literate, detail oriented, and must possess the ability to multitask.
