Now Staffing for a Customer Service, Quality minded, Product Associate for a growing Electronics company in Canton, MI. 

Position Description:

As Product Associate your duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting elements of overall product management agenda
  • Contributing to the development and delivery to market of product changes and enhancements
  • Continuous monitoring of product performance throughout the entire product lifecycle
  • Identifying strengths / weaknesses, offering recommendations to improve product portfolio
  • Working closely with Sales & Marketing team to help define product improvements and new product roadmap and
  • Acting as liaison with overseas manufacturing partners in communicating and implementing product improvement initiatives



  • Educated with an Associate of Applied Science or Bachelor’s degree
  • Experienced in the management of financial services products
  • Commercially astute with a thorough understanding of P&L (profit and loss)
  • Strong analytical mind-set with strong quantitative skills
  • Excellent communication skills; Experienced in managing dialogue between US customers and Asian-based manufacturing partners
  • Must be bilingual in English and Mandarin
