Mechanical Laborers

Description

Phoenix Services is hiring mechanically inclined Laborers for a well-established company in the Canton area!

This is a full time; 1st shift position that is Monday through Friday. No weekends! The hours are 8am-5pm with the possibility for overtime!

The duties for the position include:

• Mechanical aptitude with a willingness to continue growing skills
• Basic computer skills
• Assemble new E-Bicycles
• Accurately diagnose repairs and write work orders by recommending maintenance beyond the initial customer request as appropriate
• Properly complete all repairs on time
• Document all issues and repairs on a spreadsheet to ensure accurate record keeping of work completed.
• Maintain proper inventory levels of parts and supplies.
• Work with the General Manager to proactively identify ways to reduce bike maintenance issues in the future.
